OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: 

Support the execution of the Internal Communications (IC) strategy for Accenture in Romania

Coordinate the Internal Communications regional activities for Accenture Business Process Services 

 
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
  • Support, plan, create and deliver useful and engaging communications campaigns to the national and regional internal community (articles, websites, postcards, videos, presentations, posters, etc.)
  • Content development and management for internal websites
  • Implement global and regional IC campaigns / initiatives and ensure proper local customization (where applicable)
  • Brief and work with external agencies as required to complete the projects
  • Act as an editor to improve and simplify communications requested by stakeholders
  • Support the maintenance of distribution lists for communications
  • Gather communication metrics from multiple varied sources and draft reports to monitor feedback on campaigns and measure engagement
  • Internal social media facilitation
  • Ensure the correct following of Accenture global brand guidelines

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
 
  • Fluent English with advanced written and verbal skills
  • University degree, preferably in marketing or communications area
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client facing roles relating to communications, integrated marketing, digital marketing, public relations or similar
  • Digital literacy: 

o   MS Office (must)

o   Enterprise social media savvy (advantage)

o   Graphic design/video editing (advantage)

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with substantial number of individuals across all levels in organization and cultures
  • Familiarity with WordPress dashboards
  • SharePoint skills preferred
  • Proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Committed and results oriented
  • Able to work independently and integrate with other functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related matters
