Ethics and Compliance Counsel Confidentiality

THE WORK:
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of Accenture’s Confidentiality Compliance Program, providing guidance on confidentiality, trade secret, antitrust, and conflict of interest matters.
- Collaborate with legal, security, contracting, contract management, ventures & acquisitions, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate confidentiality-related risks while demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.
- Develop and deliver confidentiality compliance and conflict of interest training, communications, policies, internal controls, tools, templates, and guidance materials, with a passion for personal development and knowledge sharing.
- Provide practical legal advice on confidentiality-related laws, regulations, corporate policies, and contractual matters, while remaining adaptable and open-minded to changing legal and business requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership, compliance teams, and external counsel to support risk assessments, audits, investigations, and program enhancements, demonstrating an insatiable curiosity for improvement and a proactive approach to risk management.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Law degree (based on geography).
- 5-7 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on trade secret and antitrust law.
- Experience creating and implementing compliance programs for multinational organizations, including policies, controls, training, investigations, and contract review.
- Knowledge of antitrust, trade secret, confidentiality, and related regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to synthesize complex legal analysis into practical business recommendations.
- Strong business judgment, risk identification, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, globally distributed environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of conflict of interest laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience responding to government inquiries, audits, or internal investigations.
- Experience working with compliance monitoring tools, controls, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Executive presence and experience supporting senior leadership teams.
- Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
