Global Legal Network (GLN) is a global team of legal professionals operating across multiple countries, delivering innovative legal support services and partnering with Legal teams throughout Accenture to drive efficiency, quality, agility, and operational excellence. The CORE and Global Services (CGS) team supports a broad range of legal areas, including Compliance, Regulatory Offerings, Ethics, Procurement, Corporate Matters, and technology-related services.
 

THE WORK

  • Lead complex technology resale transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with clients and partners while demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.
  • Provide legal guidance on deal shaping, contract risk assessment, and business scenarios, taking a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, legal teams, and business leaders while fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Drive process improvements, support legal technology initiatives, manage documentation standards, and remain dedicated to ongoing improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members, support onboarding activities, lead project coordination efforts, and encourage professional growth and development.
     
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, and/or legal outsourcing environment.
  • Strong experience in commercial agreement drafting, review, negotiation, and legal risk assessment.
  • Sound understanding of commercial agreements, legal and compliance principles, and corporate contracting practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to independently lead projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience working across global teams and cultures with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
     

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience supporting technology resale, alliance, partner, or channel-related business models.
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, and driving talent development initiatives.
  • Experience with legal technologies, contract lifecycle management tools, databases, and SharePoint administration.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and supporting legal operations transformation projects.
