THE WORK

  • Monitor compliance with Accenture’s Ethics & Compliance programs, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing, Competition Law, Confidentiality, Data Privacy, Data & AI, Government Compliance and Trade Compliance.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring activities using continuous auditing techniques and analytics to identify potentially non-compliant transactions and activities.
  • Analyze metrics, trends, findings and exceptions, and prepare concise summaries and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support remediation activities, action planning and issue resolution efforts to strengthen compliance controls and processes.
  • Escalate significant compliance concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements and risk mitigation.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience in Compliance Monitoring, Audit, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, External Audit or a related area.
  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions and present findings clearly.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced/Fluent).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to remain focused when working with ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience supporting Ethics & Compliance programs.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to Anti-Corruption, AML, Data Privacy or Trade Compliance.
  • Experience working with analytics, reporting tools or large datasets.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros or process automation solutions.
