We are looking for Data & AI professionals to join our Data & AI ecosystem, working on global initiatives for reference clients across financial services, life sciences and pharma, public sector organizations, and large international companies—many of them recognized as Accenture success stories.
The role is based in Barcelona under a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration at the office to foster strong team synergies.
Candidates must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit for Spain.
Functions:
  • Design, build, and evolve data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, using technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Synapse.
  • Develop and operate scalable, production‑grade data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, and Delta Lake.
  • Contribute to advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI use cases, including LLM‑based architectures, RAG solutions, and intelligent agents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end data‑driven solutions from design through production.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement data and AI architectures aligned with business requirements and Accenture technical standards.
  • Deliver end‑to‑end solutions, from data ingestion and modeling to analytics consumption and production deployment.
  • Apply and continuously improve best practices in Data Engineering, Analytics, MLOps, and LLMOps.
  • Actively participate in global technical communities and innovation initiatives within the Data & AI ecosystem.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in at least one of the following technology areas:
    • Cloud and data platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Synapse.
    • Data engineering and processing: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, or Delta Lake.
    • Analytics and BI: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Professional experience working with production environments and enterprise‑scale projects.
  • Residence in Spain and legal authorization to work in Spain.
Requisitos valorables:
  • Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, or intelligent agents.
  • Experience with Customer and Marketing Data platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce.
  • Experience in international projects or multicultural environments.
  • Official cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
