Compliance Monitoring Specialist - NRR 3993
Main Responsibilities
This role will serve as a team member of the Legal Compliance Monitoring team, in Operations. Job holder is responsible for providing end to end compliance monitoring support per the agreed upon scope to the Legal Organization focusing on monitoring compliance with Accenture’s programs over Ethics & Compliance Areas (Anticorruption, Anti-Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing, Competition Law, Confidentiality, Data Privacy, Data and AI, Government Compliance and Trade Compliance). Continuous auditing and analytics are used to identify non-compliant transactions, and the role includes reviewing metrics and trends; summarizing results, trends, potential issues and opportunities for improvement, participation in remediation activities, action planning and escalating significant issues.
Type of Experience
If possible, experience in Compliance monitoring or an Audit function (including External Audit, Internal Audit, Internal Controls) or equivalent. Also consider experience in data analytics (source, sort, analysis and conclusion of facts, findings and trends) while been able to summarize and present conclusions.
Technical and Personal Skills
- University degree in economics (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot); Macros desirable
- Process-related skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills to work within time constraints
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively interact throughout the company
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay focused when facing ambiguity
- English level: Intermediate/Advanced
