INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support business analysis activities across digital and analytical projects. You will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into insights and structured outputs, using data and reporting tools as support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the analysis of business processes and requirements in cooperation with consultants and project teams.

  • Assisting in translating business needs into analytical questions and structured documentation.

  • Using Power BI to support business analysis through reports and dashboards.

  • Working with data using SQL to support analysis, validation and reporting needs.

  • Preparing and maintaining business documentation, presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
     

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Active student status (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and availability of at least 30 hours per week.

  • Very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken).

  • Practical knowledge of Power BI (mandatory) – ability to create and interpret business‑oriented reports and dashboards.

  • Basic working knowledge of SQL (supporting analysis, not pure technical development).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Strong interest in business analysis, business processes and digital transformation.

  • Analytical mindset, structured thinking and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team in a dynamic project environment.
     

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • First experience in a Business Analyst or similar role (internship, part‑time job, student projects).

  • Participation in extracurricular academic or analytical activities.

  • Previous experience in a multinational organization.

  • Basic understanding of project delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
