Senior Client Account Manager (Insurance industry)
THE WORK
This position is designed for senior insurance leaders who combine commercial strength, client credibility and market presence, and are ready to operate at a truly executive level.
As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will take end to end ownership of strategic client relationships, drive large-scale consulting and technology initiatives, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and long-term client value.
Key Accountabilities
Own and develop strategic, long-term relationships with key insurance clients in Poland
Lead complex, high-value consulting and technology engagements from shaping to delivery oversight
Take full end-to-end accountability, including commercial performance and P&L responsibility
Act as a trusted advisor to executive and board-level stakeholders
Proactively identify growth opportunities and shape client agendas
Represent Accenture as a senior industry voice at conferences, executive forums and market initiatives
Contribute to Accenture’s strategic positioning in the Polish insurance market
WHAT WE EXPECT
10+ years of senior experience in the Polish insurance sector
Proven track record in strategic account leadership, sales and delivery governance
Deep understanding of insurance business models and market dynamics
At least 4+ years of experience in a comparable client facing account leadership or relevant engagements delivery role, with direct responsibility for managing senior client relationships and commercial initiatives
Fluent command of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
Broad, cross-functional exposure to insurance (business, operations, transformation, technology)
Strong executive presence and credibility in C-level / boardroom discussions
Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build responsibility, not just manage it
Experience with financial accountability (P&L) at account or portfolio level
Clear understanding that this is a business and client leadership role, not a technical one
