THE WORK

This position is designed for senior insurance leaders who combine commercial strength, client credibility and market presence, and are ready to operate at a truly executive level.

As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will take end to end ownership of strategic client relationships, drive large-scale consulting and technology initiatives, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and long-term client value.
 

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and develop strategic, long-term relationships with key insurance clients in Poland

  • Lead complex, high-value consulting and technology engagements from shaping to delivery oversight

  • Take full end-to-end accountability, including commercial performance and P&L responsibility

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and board-level stakeholders

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and shape client agendas

  • Represent Accenture as a senior industry voice at conferences, executive forums and market initiatives

  • Contribute to Accenture’s strategic positioning in the Polish insurance market

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • 10+ years of senior experience in the Polish insurance sector

  • Proven track record in strategic account leadership, sales and delivery governance

  • Deep understanding of insurance business models and market dynamics

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a comparable client facing account leadership or relevant engagements delivery role, with direct responsibility for managing senior client relationships and commercial initiatives

  • Fluent command of Polish and English (both written and spoken)

  • Broad, cross-functional exposure to insurance (business, operations, transformation, technology)

  • Strong executive presence and credibility in C-level / boardroom discussions

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build responsibility, not just manage it

  • Experience with financial accountability (P&L) at account or portfolio level

  • Clear understanding that this is a business and client leadership role, not a technical one
