THE WORK:
As a Securities Lending Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Managing Securities Lending Lifecycle – Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of securities on loan in line with internal processes.

Handling Trade Instructions & Settlement – Manage instructions on securities, matching processes, and settlement status for both loan and collateral.

Monitoring RQV – Manage daily and intraday reconciliation and RQV processes.

Corporate Actions & Income Claims – Reconcile corporate action entitlements against custody records and manage income claims.

Fee Billing Processes – Manage end-to-end fee billing entitlement processes, ensuring accuracy and controls.

CSDR Penalties Management – Handle CSDR penalty claims in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party providers.

Records, Reporting & Audit Support – Maintain internal and external records, perform daily reconciliations, produce KPIs, and support audits.

Risk Mitigation – Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks arising from daily activities.

Stakeholder Support – Assist Front Office with post-trade queries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Incident Management – Report incidents to line management in line with governance requirements.

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience & Education
Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1 year of experience in: Securities Lending (e.g., collateral management), or Trade support (fixed income and equities)
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of financial markets.
Familiarity with Securities Financing regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
Working knowledge of Global One/SFTC and SWIFT is a plus.
