THE WORK:
Design complex SAP landscapes, including on-premise and cloud components, and integrate third-party systems.
Drive functional scope and process design discussions.
Prepare and lead architectural discussions for offers and solution proposals.
Act as an SAP evangelist to customers, promoting best practices and innovation.
Mentor and coach project team members to ensure successful delivery.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
10+ years of experience in implementing SAP solutions.
Functional experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR).
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and processes.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Clean Core Approach.
Expertise in integrating SAP solutions with third-party systems.
Experience with SAP BTP use cases and integration scenarios.
Familiarity with best practices in software and technical architecture.
Understanding of technology, applications, and data architecture.
Knowledge of SAP Core Data Services, ABAP RESTful, OData, and REST API.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and issues from multiple perspectives.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Very good command of English and Polish for documentation, presentations, and teamwork in an international environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience with ABAP language.
Good command of German.
Knowledge of Generative AI in SAP solutions.
Familiarity with LeanIX, BPMN, and UML.
