Cloud Security Specialist (regular/senior) (She/He/They)

In the Cloud Security team, we are not afraid of challenges, and we support our clients comprehensively by, among other things, designing, building and optimizing security architecture, hardening cloud services, migrating environments to private, public and hybrid clouds, and implementing Cloud Security solutions.
On a daily basis, we work with the world's largest providers of cloud solutions and solutions supporting the security of cloud environments. Our team bridges the gap between specialized business and technical departments and client-side management.
THE WORK:
Design innovative security architectures for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Implement and manage cloud security services, including:
* Security monitoring and integration with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Azure Monitor, Azure Sentinel, GCP Operations).
* Identity and access management (RBAC, MFA, SSO, CASB) and privileged identity protection.
* Data encryption at rest and in transit, including Bring Your Own Key (BYOK).
Configuration compliance, hardening of security services, and network security for cloud and hybrid environments.
Container security for platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Anthos Service Mesh.
Design and configure solutions to support secure development pipelines using tools like Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud, SonarQube, HashiCorp Vault, Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
Utilize and secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as HashiCorp Terraform, HashiCorp Sentinel, and Ansible to automate and enforce security policies.
Deploy and manage advanced cloud security solutions, including Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP) and other integrated tools for workload protection, posture management, and threat detection.
Configure and optimize security controls across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on secure design principles and emerging cloud security trends.
Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance, conditional access, MFA, and secure integration with SaaS applications.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience in implementing, developing, or managing cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
Good communication skills in Polish and English (minimum B2 level), as projects are delivered for clients both in Poland and internationally.
Ability to adapt processes and tools to client requirements, supported by technical skills and experience in classic cybersecurity, including technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners, KMS, and knowledge of network security (NGFW, load balancers, proxies, network analytics).
Proficiency in SIEM/SOAR, CASB, CSPM, CNAPP, and other cloud-native security solutions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, compliance center, and DLP configuration.
Fundamental scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and security tasks.
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and privileged access management.
Familiarity with infrastructure areas such as IT administration, automation of infrastructure management, and virtualization (systems and networks) is an asset.
Basic knowledge of AI, including how AI-based solutions are built and awareness of security risks associated with AI usage, will be considered an additional advantage.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Practical experience of working with Advanced Cloud Security Solutions from vendors like WIZ, Zscaler, Akamai or CrowdStrike.
Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications or cloud-specific certifications.
Leadership skills and ability to drive solution implementation.
