Graphic Designer – Job Description
Role Objective
The Graphic Designer will work across multiple formats and platforms to deliver high-quality visual assets that strictly adhere to brand guidelines and support business and client communication needs. The role requires hands-on design execution, strong proficiency in MS Office, the ability to lead and manage a small design team, and daily collaboration from the client or Accenture office.

Key Objectives
Design and deliver creative assets across digital and print media to meet business and communication goals
Ensure all designs strictly follow defined brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards
Collaborate closely with managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to accurately translate requirements into design outputs
Guide, review, and mentor junior designers to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Continuously evaluate existing design processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality
Maintain and update internal repositories for design files, images, and related assets

Responsibilities
Design a wide range of materials including:
o Emailers and internal/external communications using Outlook
o Documents and layouts in MS Word, PDF, and PowerPoint
o Presentations, marketing collateral, newsletters, signage, and internal communications
Translate strategic briefs into high-quality visual designs within an established brand identity
Create layouts, visuals, and templates using appropriate typography, color, imagery, and composition
Lead day-to-day design execution, assign tasks, and review outputs from team members
Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients on a daily basis from the client/Accenture office
Manage versioning, formatting, and final outputs to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
Stay updated on design trends while aligning outputs to corporate and client expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), including designing emailers and formatted documents (Word/PDF)
Hands-on experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
Proven ability to work within strict brand guidelines with high attention to detail
Experience in leading, mentoring, or reviewing work of junior designers
Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work daily from the client or Accenture office
3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setup
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Photography or basic video editing skills are a plus
15 years full time education
