THE WORK:

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure across enterprise environments.
Work with technologies such as Cisco, Fortigate and Microsoft Azure to ensure high-performance connectivity and robust security.

  • Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, and wireless systems.
  • Design and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructure for availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot performance issues, and enforce QoS policies.
  • Implement network segmentation, access control, and security monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, topology maps, and support network upgrades and expansions.
  • Automate network tasks and configurations to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Be proactive in skill enhancement and enthusiastic about professional growth through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Thrive on continuous advancement by contributing to infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1+ year of experience in managing and/or design of network infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN (CCNA level or above).
  • Familiarity with security solutions (such as VPNs, firewalls, IPS/IDS) from vendors like Fortinet.
  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously upskill.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of English and Polish (minimum B2 level), required to communicate effectively.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure networking and experience supporting cloud-based network environments.
  • Experience with other network solutions such as WLAN, Load Balancers, Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting such as Terraform, Ansible, Python.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network infrastructure.
