Billing Junior Specialist with Portuguese (2nd shift; hybrid 50/50)

THE WORK
Review, validate, and process credit and rebill requests in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure billing requests comply with internal policies, tax requirements, and country-specific regulations.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely billing operations.
Investigate and resolve system-related billing generation issues.
Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders by addressing billing-related inquiries.
Perform month-end close activities related to billing and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain and update Customer Master Data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese (min B2)

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently and efficiently.

Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Prior experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage.

Openness to working the second shift (15:00–23:00) Please note that during the first 1–2 months, work will be on the first shift due to the training period.
