Making the most of the Accenture Innovators Leadership Program, AILP participants are proving that they have what it takes to be future Accenture leaders.
November to December 2019 was revalida season for 50 employees from Accenture’s Technology, Operations and Human Resources workforces who are under the 36-month management trainee program. Meeting with their team leads, career counselors and mentors, they presented their outputs and outcomes for the first quarter of fiscal year 2020.
One of their goals is to live out the Accenture Leadership DNA, a set of behaviors to stay ahead in the digital age: Innovate for Results, Advocate an Inspiring Vision, Collaborate Across the Ecosystem, Execute with Agility and Personalize in a Truly Human Way.
In their revalida, the AILP candidates talked about how they brought this Leadership DNA to life in their everyday work. They also shared what they learned so far in their Accenture journey, from leadership lessons to technical skills.
Looking back at these results led to meaningful conversations about how each AILP participant is doing and what they need to focus on in the future.
