- Job description

• Supports account to deliver Internal Controls & Compliance (ICC) services across BPO clients, incorporating the full scope of ICC services.
• Supervises team of ICC reps to deliver service management services and have client facing responsibilities.
• Liaises with Field Ops Team as required
• Liaises with Service Management Team as required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and auditing (or geography equivalent). • 4-5 years of managing Internal Audit experience function in an Outsourcing organization preferably in process management and/or service delivery operations • Inter C.A. and C.A. preferred.
