- Job description

Provide support to assigned projects in drawing out actual people-related change journeys
Help the assigned project to identify stakeholders and analyze change impacts, people-related risks, and possible sources of resistance
Develop and implement appropriate change and communication strategies and tactics as planned, in partnership with the functional groups or work streams
Develop necessary communication materials (e.g. presentation decks, FAQs, scripts/ talking points, etc.) to ensure appropriate messaging and customization based on the target audience
Develop plan to ensure sustainability of people-related changes and endorse to identified business-as-usual owners
Provide inputs regarding the best ways to measure the effectiveness of the change management & communication plans as well as implementation processes
Provide change management guidance, knowledge, & expertise to other functional groups outside of assigned projects
Provide logistical and administrative support to all projects/ programs led and managed by the change management team
Graduate of any 4 year course Problem solver / analytical
