Service Delivery Manager

- Job description

• Primary point of contact for all the stakeholders (Internal/External) for specific client service delivery
     • Primary client liaison for all technical requests, projects, and strategic initiatives.
     • Responsible for services reviews (Monthly/weekly/Quarterly) with client and leaderships
     • Responsible for reporting on assigned client accounts, as well as routine contact with appropriate IT personnel within the client organization
     • In charge of Client deliverables and delivery Service Level Agreements
    
a. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
     b. Extensive knowledge in Service Management best practices and techniques
     c. Experience in any of the following
     - Asset Management
     - Change, Release, Configuration Management, Service Testing
     - CSI, PM, Governance
     - Disaster Recovery
     - Knowledge Management and Software Configuration Management
     - Reporting, Availability or Capacity Management
     d. Experience managing service partners and subcontractors
     e. Background in Global Delivery structure is preferred
     f. Experience in managing financial, quality, risk, and knowledge management
     g. Exposure in a customer facing Service Delivery role with a high level of accountability.
     h. Presentation skills- high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
     i. High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
     j. Experience with and troubleshooting knowledge of the following is a plus
     - Mail flow troubleshooting - OWA, ActiveSync, OAB, Internal mail flow, and other Exchange related services
     - Network troubleshooting- Basic connectivity testing and some firewall knowledge.
     - Backup knowledge- How to complete and troubleshooting various backups from DPM to Snapshots
