The Practice:

Intelligent Asset Management, with a team of leading practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We serve across various industry verticals, and we are looking for candidates with EAM experience in Discrete & Process manufacturing verticals, covering Auto / Aero & Defense / Oil & Gas / Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals / Consumer Goods / Hi-Tech segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in MAS platform modules, their dependencies, and their role in delivering a secure, scalable, intelligent asset management solution.
  • Utilize hands-on expertise in deploying MAS on the OpenShift Container Platform using MAS CLI, including configuration and optimization of MAS core and suite modules.
  • Perform Installation and configuration on MAS Core, Manage, Health, Monitor and Predict modules
  • Collaborate with OpenShift Architect and Administrators to solution the MAS requirements
  • Use understanding and hands-on experience with Ansible playbooks, Terraform, Yaml, JSON, XML to resolve issues and configure platform
  • Collaborate and support application configuration with Enterprise Integration Platform requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, platform stabilization and optimization
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Product Vendors on various product related issues
  • Configure and manage MAS environments, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and adhere to best practices
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Maximo Technical Engineer or similar roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo application Suite (MAS 8 and 9) installation and configuration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Maximo enterprise integration
  • Experience working in agile software development environments.
  • Experience working on multiple project and multi-tasking
  • Experience with Azure, DevOps
  • Experience with database turning, being able to read/analyze AWR report and make recommendations Must have solid experience with Maximo set up and configuration. Must know Server clustering, Load Balancing, HTTP server configuration, App Server Configuration.
  • Must have the ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems, software development, mathematics, or a related field, or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
  • Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience with operating systems, networking, and firewall concepts
  • Experience with security (SSL, data encryption, system user accounts, directory servers)
  • Experience with web protocols including HTTP, SMTP and LDAP
  • Knowledge of query languages like SQL/PLSQL
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
