Visual Designer - Junior
Accenture, recognized as a Great Place To Work®, transforms our clients’ operations through technology and data thanks to a team of over 801,000 people worldwide. If you feel ready to take on the challenge and would like to join a Great Place To Work®, Accenture is your place.
At Accenture Operations, we help our clients run better by combining deep industry knowledge, process excellence and technology at scale. We work as integrated teams, delivering day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement for global organisations, always focused on efficiency, quality and innovation.
We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join the Creative Studio within Marketing Operations. This is a craft-focused role where you will design across digital and print deliverables — landing pages, social content, presentations, email campaigns, key visual adaptations, brand applications — working closely under the direction of Art Directors, Creative Leads, and senior designers. You will sharpen your craft on real client projects, learn how a professional studio operates, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
What you will do
- Design on-brand deliverables across digital and print formats following the direction set by Art Directors, Creative Leads, and senior designers.
- Adapt key visuals and campaign systems to multiple touchpoints, formats, and markets while preserving the integrity of the original concept.
- Build clean, well-structured design files in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud following studio conventions.
- Iterate on feedback from senior team members and incorporate revisions with attention to detail.
- Support the team on larger projects, contributing assets, layouts, and adaptations as needed.
- Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and version control.
- Stay current with visual design trends, tools, and references.
Must-have requirements
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in visual design. Academic projects, internships, freelance, or personal work are all valid.
- Portfolio: a portfolio demonstrating visual design work across a range of pieces (academic, freelance, or professional projects all welcome). We want to see craft potential and attention to detail.
- Adobe Creative Cloud: working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Figma: working knowledge — components, auto-layout, and basic prototyping.
- Visual fundamentals: solid grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and composition.
- English: B2 level minimum (written and spoken). You will work in an international environment with English as the working language.
- Mindset: attention to detail, willingness to receive feedback, organised, and proactive learning attitude.
Nice to have
None of these are required, but any of them will strengthen your application:
- Experience working within established brand systems.
- Motion basics in After Effects (animated banners, simple loops, social-ready motion pieces).
- Generative AI tools applied to image, layout, or production workflows (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney, ComfyUI, or similar).
- Web design experience — landing pages, email design, responsive layouts.
- Illustration or icon design skills.
- Experience with localisation or multi-market deliverables.
- Additional languages beyond English.
- Familiarity with presentation design (PowerPoint, Keynote).
