Fullstack Node.js Developer | Manila

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field ((completed or currently in progress; undergraduates welcome), with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem‑solving.
• 3–5 years of work experience as a Full Stack Developer using Node.js.
• Work experience in at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodology and practices.
• Experience creating and reading UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
• Experience working with design patterns and identifying an appropriate pattern for a given problem.
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git and collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON and YAML.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using one or more of: Swagger, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Experience using quality/security scan tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, WebInspect.
• Experience with SOAP web services.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience identifying and mitigating common web security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
