The CFM PMO based in Manila supports the Philippines CFM in areas of Demand and Staffing Management, Financial Planning & Controls, Service Management, Communication, Delivery Excellence, and overall Project Management. The role works closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning, financial accuracy, operational governance, and seamless execution of CFM initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

HEADCOUNT

  • Open Demand & Staffing management (consists of uploading new demands into existing Demand Sharepoint, make offline follow up on status to maintain online information up-to-date, report status to Global Operation Leads & attend governance call when required to track progress on staffing each new role)
  • Pipeline Watch list & Transition Tracking process
  • Coordinate Capacity Management & reporting with CFM Managers team
  • Consolidate Monthly & Quarterly HC projection by location
  • Calculate monthly the NR per FTE statistics split by the GUs and levels of support
  • Manage Cost centers of Philippines CFM

FINANCIALS

  • Forecasting, Planning & Budgeting - Review Actuals vs. Fcast Net /Gross Costs
  • Whenever needed, review actual unexpected charges, explain variance and follow up on corrections (such as exploring various cost lines across the CFM locations)

METRICS

  • Use the Commercial Management Operations Insights PowerBI to provide business advisory
  • Keep the cost centers updated with the correct people deployed to correct cost centers upon agreement with the GU leads
  • Support Global CFM Operations Lead on Internal Controls stats

COMMUNICATION & OTHERS

  • Build powerful partnership with Market Operations Leads and establish fluent connection with CFM leadership team
  • "Hard" Report to CFM Operation Lead as part of a global team
  • Update CFM organization chart at least twice a month depending on the attrition and recruitment situation
  • Support in organizing various training/meetings with CFM audience (coaching/bottom ups meetings etc.)
  • Coordinate local and global initiatives with local managers’ team (e.g. Deployment of F4P as part of CFM change of OperatingMode.)
  • Build Client showcase on demand
  • Support CFM Leadership team with ad hoc activities
  • ISMS and BCMS role, representing CFM and coordinating the volunteers for Business Continuity Management and Information Security System to be compliant with ISO 27001

Must Have:
• At least 5 years of Project Management and Stakeholder
• Proficient in MS Office
• Open to any industry and any types of projects handled

Good to Have:

  • People management

  • Finance experience
