Japanese Corporate Mobility Senior Analyst
Job Description:
The role requires both a tax background and Japanese language skills. From a Mobility perspective, both are necessary for the role to be effective.
Educational Requirement:
Must have:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience
Skills and Work Experience
Requirements:
- Japanese Personal tax knowledge or work experiences related to Japan individual taxes (ex, such as Income tax, Inhabitant tax, Social Security, Payroll).
- Japanese Language fluency and English fluency
- Managing year on year tax filing, return and competencies to understand Japanese tax, audit mindset, able to communicate with high stakeholders/Japanese/Foreigner.
Nice to Have:
Working experiences that are familiar with different type of mobility policies.
Additional Notes:
- Japanese N3 and above can be considered at the sourcing stage, but N2/N1 should remain the priority during screening and final selection.
- Tax or Finance knowledge is a preference to the role. Candidates should have some exposure to tax or finance and should not be completely new to the area.
- Japanese N3 candidates should be considered if they have a clear tax or finance background and a strong interest in developing mobility tax skills.
