Security Managed Services Manager
Security Managed Services Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Managed Services Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Design, build, and protect IT Security enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and clients as Lead/SME.
- Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
- Build deployment plans, including development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline.
- Implement defined security and data direction for integration work and understand business drivers that impact performance.
- Enable Audit and Compliance.
- Participate in design concepts and implementation strategies for various systems to ensure practical implementation of security standards.
- Participate in code and quality management reviews, and team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Deliver risk assessments and execute tests to ensure quality of functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
- Work across Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Identity and Access Management (IAM);
- Gathering data privacy and security requirements, and designing it as part of a formal data privacy and security project;
- Developing functional specification documents;
- Providing support in securing client data, including PII, sensitive data, and client servers, databases, and business applications;
- Managing and collaborating with teams to deliver security and quality requirements on projects;
- Leading production support, including discovery, assessment, remediation, mitigation, and monitoring;
- Providing expert recommendations on security architecture, design, tools, and methods for complex IT systems;
- Enhancing security monitoring and log management with Log Collection Platform and CyberHub;
- Managing teams to deliver security and quality requirements on projects; and
- Utilizing Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Advanced Threat Detection for Azure Storage, and Threat Intelligence Feeds to detect, analyze, and mitigate security threats.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
