Record to Report Ops Associate Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the team for RTR scope involving, inter alia – intercompany accounting; fixed assets / lease accounting; bank reconciliations; general accounting; inventory and payroll accounting & generic month-end close processes.
• Establish readiness for month-end. Adhere to agreed cut-off timelines and ensure completion of all transactions prepared by team.
• Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions with particular focus around substantiation of aged unreconciled items and adherence to statutory guidelines, policies, and practices.
• Ensure tactical alignment to directives endorsed by senior management while establishing short-term and long-term goals.
• Ability to identify and assess process related complexities and propose potential solutions
• Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans
• Build solid relationship with stakeholders / business partners
• Ability to liaise / work with cross-functional teams, for instance, mobilization / transition; technology services, recruitment, human capital development, etc.
• Build brilliant control framework to ensure flawless delivery of services in line with established service level agreements
• Exposure to business transformation – basic-to-intermediate knowledge on automation / hyper automation / Power BI dashboards / ML / Gen AI
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Resource must have either of the following requirements (number of skills will be dependent on the project):
- Journal Entries
- Bookkeeping
- Trial Balance
- Accounts / Bank Reconciliation
- Inventory
- Fixed Assets
- Profit and Loss Statement
- Audit
- Financial and Income Statements
- Balance Sheet
- Intercompany
Preferences:
- Lease Accounting
- Inventory and Payroll Acounting
- International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
Minimum of Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting).
With at least 7 to 8 years of RTR experience
With 5 years of supervisory experience
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
- Amenable to work in Full RTO and nigh shift schedule
