We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled UI/UX Designer to be part of our Accenture Song Design Team in Athens.
WORK YOU’LL DO
As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for understanding the user and business needs and transforming them into a digital experience. You will create products that are intuitive, simple, and targeted to meet business goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include the enhancement of user satisfaction by improving usability, accessibility, and excitement associated with a product.
Key Responsibilities
Make design ideas tangible for the team and client through visual storytelling, service design, and interaction design techniques.
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Create user experience concepts and visual aesthetics for business webpages or mobile applications, ensuring all interactions are intuitive, understandable and easy for the user to follow.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions or features.
Accountable for definition and execution of visual design language by translating the brand identity system to digital touchpoints.
Follow a user-centric design approach and evaluate your designs based on the test and iteration model.
Ability to present, explain and defend the advantages and trade-offs of your design and receive constructive feedback.
Ability to create and maintain a Design System.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
2–4 years of experience in Product Design.
Strong UX/UI skills.
Ability to understand detailed requirements and use qualitative and quantitative data to design end-to-end user experiences.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Experience with design systems.
Experience designing across mobile and web/responsive platforms.
Experience with rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.
Familiarity with user research, usability testing is a plus.
Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day design workflows, with curiosity to continuously learn and explore new AI technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.
