What you will do
Understand the client’s business, priorities and leadership agenda
Build and maintain client relationships – with specific target on CXO and C-1 level relationships
Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client
Align the right teams or capabilities to enable successful transformation/innovation agendas
Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client and their industry
Build networks within Accenture to be able to bring the best of One Accenture to the client across Song
Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Operations
Responsible for the overall account P&L, key commercial metrics for the account
Help originate and co-create ideas with clients based on their priorities
Stewardship and leadership of people – nurturing your team and inspire their personal & professional growth
Job Qualifications
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Utilities, Energy, and Chemical & Natural Resources sectors in the Philippines, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil & gas, and sustainability-focused transformation.
Client Leadership: Proven track record of managing C-level client relationships, building trust, and driving long-term value. Ability to act as a strategic advisor to CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and CSOs, understanding their evolving priorities and aligning Accenture’s offerings to their business outcomes.
Sales & Growth Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and closing large-scale deals, pipeline development, and commercial strategy. Experience growing account portfolios through innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and tailored go-to-market strategies.
Local Market Understanding: Strong grasp of the Philippine regulatory landscape, business culture, and key challenges facing the energy and natural resources sectors. Ability to anticipate market shifts and position Accenture as a partner of choice.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead diverse, cross-border teams across consulting, technology, and operations. Skilled in mobilizing global SMEs, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to drive seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Innovation & Transformation Focus: Passion for helping clients reinvent their business through data, AI, sustainability, cloud, and intelligent operations. Experience designing and delivering digital transformation programs aligned to business and environmental imperatives.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Strong working relationships with major technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) to co-create solutions that accelerate client outcomes.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to grow the account from scratch, open white spaces, and position new offerings with credibility and creativity. Resilient, adaptable, and energized by building presence in emerging markets.
Experience of 10-14 years in consulting and account management experience (preferably within Philippines and South-East Asia region).
Relevant experience in any Service Group (Strategy, Consulting, Technology) with some direct experience in large-scale client Transformation and Operational programs would be preferred.
