• Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
• Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
• Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
• Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
• Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
• Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fulfill open project demandsÂ
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
• Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience in Talent Planning
• Must have 6-8 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
• At least 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
• Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
