I. Functional Consulting Manager (CC&B, MDM)
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Should be able to engage with client leadership, delivery team leads and other stakeholders across different geographies.
- Strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience to drive solution of the project and bring strong customer engagement expertise to the table.
- Should possess hands-on CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM functional expertise on multiple areas of electric, gas or water utility in Billing, Rates Configurations, Payments, Credit & collection, Meter Data acquisition, etc.
- Should be able to understand business requirements, provide solution on different business processes, recommend innovative future solutions which will provide business benefits by increasing the efficiency and reducing the cost.
- Should be able to lead workshops, demos, and ability to not only document business process but also should be able to recommend new methods and automation opportunities for efficient business operation.
- Should understand de-regulated and regulated market environment and related tariff scenarios, meter to cash process, market EDI transaction lifecycle etc.
- Should involve in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new business processes and organization capabilities.
Experience:
- 12 + years in either Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with experience in end-to-end implementations.
- Proven history in lead roles in CIS implementation engagements (At least 4 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experience).
- Should have experience in managing and leading a team, preparing project progress reports, track project progress, organizing sprits, able to do Program Increment Planning and create project plans.

II. Products Consulting Manager (WACS)
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications and possible solutions.
- Suggest possible solutions and be able to present to internal teams and in client workshops
- Analysis of business requirements, provide solution on different business processes and support finalizing the solution with the customer teams.
- Demonstrate Product & solution demos to client.
- Document business process, recommend new methods and automation opportunities for efficient business operation.
- Analyze client current processes and suggest improvements.
- Implement best practices for Asset Management and Works Management for Electrical Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Gas Storage, Transmission & distribution, Water Production & distribution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, SCM, HR etc.) to ensure seamless integration of product with other modules or external systems.
- Ability to write functional Design Documents and provide input to the other team on solution.
- Get involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new business processes and organization capabilities.
- Co-ordinate with technical teams to implement the solution components and functional test the solution and components
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) Or Oracle WAM 1.9x.
- 3+ years of Oracle Utilities consulting experience
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementations of WAM/WACS/other EAM product(Maximo/SAP)
- Experience of at least 2 EAM upgrade projects – preferably one Oracle WAM Upgrade

Qualifications:
- Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS), as applicable
- Understanding of fundamentals of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to guide the overall solution development.
- Proficiency in different modules of CC&B/C2M/MDM configuration, customization, and integration with other application.
- Strong understanding to Utilities value chain.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to understand complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present solutions clearly.
- Project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively.
- A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with OUAF updates, new technologies, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and lead global distributed teams
- Open to cross-country relocation
Would be advantageous, not mandatory:
- Knowledge of other utility products built on OUAF platform such as SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI is a plus.
- In-depth Knowledge of OUAF, Database structure and technical knowledge is a plus.
- PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate would be an advantage.
- Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite would be an advantage

- Good understanding of fundamentals of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Knowledge of other utility products built on OUAF platform such as SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, CCB, OUCSS, OUBI is a plus.
- In-depth Knowledge of OUAF, Database structure and technical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of utilities value chain.
- Good understanding of Integration of WAM / WACS with other applications like Oracle Field Service (OFS), ERP and GIS applications.
- Sound knowledge on Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory & Purchasing, GIS, Outage planning, Asset Performance Management, and Asset Investment Planning.
- Good understanding on Utilities Industry leading practices
- Project Management skills to handle timelines, resources, and project deliverables efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with team across various geography.
- A continuous learning & growth mindset to stay updated on upgrades, new technologies, and industry leading practices & global trends.
- Open to cross-country relocation
