Solutions/Software Architecture Sr Manager (Pooling)
Job Description
- Lead the design and development of software architecture that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other architects, to define and implement architectural solutions and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural blueprints, design documents, and implementation guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning sessions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our architecture and systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to support the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to architecture, providing expert guidance to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive the integration of new technologies and solutions into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of lead architect experience in a delivery project.
- 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture or a related role.
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficient in more than one programming language, such as Java, Python, .NET, or Full Stack.
- Experience with development tools and frameworks, such as IDEs, version control systems, and build automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and critically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in designing cloud-based solutions.
- Relevant certifications in software architecture, cloud computing, or related areas are highly desirable.
