ATCP Field HR Specialist

Job Description

Manage HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations. May include: design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision. Manages service delivery of People Advisors.

  • Build relationships
  • Work with the GU CoE Interlock process owners to improve the end to end HR delivery processes
  • Develop and execute HR programs
  • Develop, deliver, and/or support the Human Capital Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity
  • Serve and/or support the processes for ensuring employees needs are met throughout the entire HR life cycle
  • Oversee, plan, and/or support key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, supply/demand management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development
  • Provide counsel to project executive teams on career planning, leadership development and people management
  • Develop and execute HR strategies
  • Design, build and/or support HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals
  • Define requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs
  • Provide strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

External:

  • HR Generalist profile will do, but more strategic business partnering rather than transactional HR – at least 5 years
  • At least 2 years of people management
  • Excellent Communications skills – especially for presentation/leadership meetings
  • Advanced in using Excel and PowerPoint


For Internal:

  • Open for internal application with minimum to no background in HR
  • Potentially, look for candidates from CapDev, Recruitment, Mobilization or HRSS
  • Knowledge on Internal Policies
