Order to Cash Operations Specialist
- Responsible in monitoring Order to Cash/Collection activities report to OTC Service Delivery Manager
- Manage a team of Sr analysts, analysts, associates and new associates in Order-To-Cash tower.
- Establish team objectives in line with Order to Cash department goals.
- Drive Quality, and Continuous Improvement activities in Order-To-Cash tower
- Review team workload and adjust resources to provide accurate and timely support processing including, but not limited to Cash Application, Collections, Billing, Credit Management and Customer Master
- Lead team meetings related to service delivery on regular basis
- Provide coaching and mentoring to subordinates
- Prepare a Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, and monitors program for a defined period.
- Ability to prepare and make presentations to Sr Leaders and stakeholders.
Order to Cash Operations Associate Manager
- Manage a team of Team leads in the Order-To-Cash tower of the deal
- Reports to the service delivery Manager and responsible for daily operational performance management and ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and at the required quality)
- Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in the following OTC sub-processes including, but not limited to, collections, billing, cash applications, order management, credit management, etc.;
- Act as an escalation point for all Order-To-Cash related issues raised by the client. Ensure the fast resolution of these issues and find ways as well to prevent them from happening again
- Communication with the client to ensure that the proper department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
- Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required.
Qualifications
Job Qualification:
Order to Cash Operations Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses
- At least 3 years solid Finance/Accounting experience Order to Cash / Account Receivable experience (i.e. billing/cash AR/invoice admin/contract setup);
- 2 years' Supervisory experience
Order to Cash Operations Associate Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
- At least 3 years solid Finance/Accounting experience Procure to Payable/Record to Report and or Order to Cash experience with 4 years' Supervisory experience.
