Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technology professionals. Foster a culture of transformation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the technology strategy team.

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the Technology Strategy for the organization.

  • Position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in technology, business acumen, and strategic thinking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess technology trends, and develop strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Delve deeply into the industry and technological infrastructure within which clients operate, gaining a comprehensive understanding of clients’ technology options in the context of global, industry, economic, technological, and social trends.

  • Assist the team in identifying optimal technology strategy solutions to address client needs and collaborate on developing practical implementation roadmaps that position clients for sustained long-term success.

  • Lead projects to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, managing change, monitoring, and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to large data sets to identify where clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes.

  • Build relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

  • Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

  • Continue to deepen your expertise in business and technology strategy, contributing to the reinforcement of Accenture’s reputation as a thought leader.

Qualifications

Senior Manager

  • Minimum 12 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies in IT strategy, Technology architecture, IT governance, Operating model design, information security, and information management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
  • Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, Strategy May, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT desirable but not essential

Manager

  • Minimum 8 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies in IT strategy, Technology architecture, IT governance, Operating model design, information security, and information management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
  • Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, Strategy May, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT desirable but not essential

Consultant

  • Minimum 5 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies in IT strategy, Technology architecture, IT governance, Operating model design, information security, and information management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
  • Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, Strategy May, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT desirable but not essential

Experience:

We are looking for Technology Strategy Senior Managers having

  • 15+ years of Strategy Consulting experience at a renowned consulting firm.

  • Proven experience in technology strategy development and execution.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus.

  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

  • Experience in writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformations.

  • 10+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.

  • Knowledge of and passion for the latest technology trends, such as Cloud-first, Adaptive AI, Sustainable technology, top Industry Cloud platforms, and Digital Transformations.

  • A strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics.

o    Work closely with business units, product teams, and departments to understand their needs and align technology strategies accordingly.

o    Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business operations.

·         Risk Management:

o    Assess potential risks associated with technology initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

o    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

·         Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

o    Collaborate with finance and IT teams to develop budgets for technology initiatives.

o    Optimize resource allocation to maximize the impact of technology investments.

·         Performance Measurement:

o    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of technology initiatives.

o    Regularly report on progress and outcomes to executive leadership.

·         Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure that external partnerships align with the overall technology strategy.
