Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Evaluating the work effort and the consulting program pricing
- Experience in migration of existing applications and development of new applications using CSP's cloud services
- Assessing client’s current state platforms, infrastructures and applications portfolio and guiding them on how to orchestrate and govern them.
- Liasoning with business for Cloud related requirement and solution architecture -Creating and documenting best practices and procedures for cloud infra management - Project planning, execution and crisis management for achieving quick and timely delivery
- Understanding the customers’ enterprise constraints, challenges and policies.
- Helping determine the best ROI and high business value by mixing different technologies and methodologies.
- Overseeing the production and implementation of architecture solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure/ application architecture, development and operating models
- Helping solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
- Implementing programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
- Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation in order to sustain high performance
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs
- Deep understanding of ETL operations, Data cataloguing, Data access management, Governance and Security -Managing API/Microservices platform (Creation, Deployment, Maintenance)
- Good understanding of cloud security architectures, Authentication/Authorization (including but not limited to SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect)
- Developing our offerings and assets
- Mentoring and developing our people
Qualifications
Senior Manager
Minimum 12 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.
Bachelor's degree
MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
Manager
Minimum 8 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.
Bachelor's degree
MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
Consultant
Minimum 5 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.

Experience:
Cloud Assessment: Cloud readiness maturity assessment, Planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms, Application assessment and migration planning, Business case development, TCO comparisons and vendor evaluation
Cloud Architecture: Develop and review cloud reference architecture, Define target state cloud architecture for both public and private cloud. Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations. Experience in building microservices on cloud, including domain driven design and containers on cloud.
Cloud Migration: Plan and manage cloud migrations, including validating application dependencies, ability to coordinate across different stakeholders, deliver cloud migration roadmaps and manage execution from a cloud project management perspective.
Cloud Native – Experience around cloud native Application development, at least in terms of design, architecture and considerations, Experience in DevOps, and data integration across and within cloud platform. Ability to review designs and development methodologies.
Cloud Deployment: Cloud application development, integration and security, Experience in -
Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry, Open Shift, Docker, etc., experience in Virtualization Platforms (e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.).
Experience in Devops and Agile methodologies, processes and tools
Workload Migration Automation Tools (Double-Take, CloudEndure, ASR, Racemi, etc.)
Ability to review Infrastructure provisioning and management (Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
Key Competencies and Skills

The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market.
Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
Deep experience within one or more of the Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Retail or Consumer Goods services industries.
