What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk to protect critical systems and privileged identities.
Define, implement and enforce identity security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Own the CyberArk platform lifecycle, including configuration, upgrades, integrations and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align PAM initiatives with organizational and security objectives.
Proactively monitor and optimize privileged access controls, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert in identity security, mentoring team members and driving best practices across PAM operations.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
Proven experience in Digital Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Strong hands‑on expertise with CyberArk, including solution design, implementation, troubleshooting and operations.
Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth and their integration in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to improve PAM efficiency and scalability.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SASE frameworks and cloud‑native security networks.
Experience with network security, including monitoring, logging, vulnerability assessment, architecture reviews and technical documentation.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal
