As part of our client account team, you will work directly and independently for customers entrusted to you from the financial services sector. You act as the central interface between the customer and our operational business units from Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Interactive or Operations. In addition to the ongoing expansion of our portfolio at the customer, it is also important to ensure delivery success and customer satisfaction from ongoing project activities. Relationship building and maintenance as well as a very good knowledge of the current customer strategy and priorities are also part of the area of ​​responsibility.

  • Identification of business and project opportunities in proactive access and exchange with the customer or reactive to customer tenders
  • Coordination and orchestration of the offer process to ensure appropriate quality and fit for the customer (Value Proposition, Mehrweit, Strategic Fit, etc.)
  • Contact person for the customer on current projects, e.g. through participation in SteerCos or in the event of escalations
  • Central contact for all internal inquiries from other service groups or EcoSystem partners to the customer
  • Portfolio and business development for the customer through active management and planning

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge and industry knowledge in the financial sector (banks / insurance companies)
  • Basic knowledge of digitization and technology trends related to the financial sector
  • Pronounced consulting experience in the financial sector (project management, preparation of offers, added value and added value argumentation, analytical skills)
  • Confident and confident demeanour when dealing with customers, but also when dealing with internal colleagues
  • Development and management of project portfolios at the customer
