Asset Program & Project Management Lead

Job Description
THE WORK:
Project Management:
- Identify initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
- Immerse in the process and collaborate with key partner teams and stakeholders to design end-to-end program.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
- Managing resources for projects.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
- Implement IT strategies.
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Conducting risk assessments and tests for projects.
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Quality, Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance of software & applications being enabled for solutioning, running assessments.
- Act as a subject-matter-expert and facilitate process calibrations to ensure alignment.
- Perform Data Analysis, Root-Cause Analysis, Gap Analysis and Action Planning.
- Present and communicate insights and analysis to different teams.
- Conduct training and learning sessions (as needed).
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 1 yr Project Management & team management experience.
- Must have foundational knowledge/experience in Product Management
- Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Formulas, Basic VBA).
- Advanced Skills on Business Intelligence or MS Power Platform.
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
- Strong analytical and data/process visualization skills.
MUST HAVES:
- Project management and leadership skills
- Experience in Product Management
- Advanced Skills Reporting tools (MS Excel / PowerBI / Others)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Certifications on Pragmatic Institute– Foundation (PMC I) or Project Management (PMP or PMI)
- Background on Quality Management or Service Management
