Job Description
The Workplace Service Delivery Specialist Resource supports the delivery of tools and job-aids to local Workplace teams.
• Collaborates with CIO Digital Worker team to ensure effective execution of new, and changes to, in-office technologies
• Coordinates deployment of new in-office technology with local teams.
• Collaborates with location leads and with local LTS teams.
• Works closely with CIO to identify and resolve any system-wide issues with in-office technology and escalate as needed to resolve.
• Ensures that Workplace training and job aids deliver necessary skills and support to local Workplace teams.
• Works with M&C and Change management to develop effective adoption strategies for Workplace tools
• Coordinate with CIO, Legal and Procurement to onboard new vendors and products as required
• Supports Innovation and Technology programs as required
Qualifications
• Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries.
• Product experience with in-office technology and Accenture practices and processes related to office management.
• Highly effective in product and process training
• Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in managing roll out of global tools
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proven team management skills and growth mindset
• Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Coordinate with CIO, Legal and Procurement to onboard new vendors and products as required
• Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
Must have
• Minimum 5-7 years project / program management experience or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year process improvement experience or equivalent
Nice to have
• PMO training / certification
• FORM/Design Thinking/Storytelling knowledge
• Advance data and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Access, SQL and PowerBI
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge/certification
• Strong network and experience on internal projects for Accenture Corporate Functions
