Job Description

The Innovation & Insights Manager is responsible for the deployment of smart building technology and design of Workplace Insights dashboards and reports that enable  Workplace Market Unit and location leads to manage space  and office operations more effectively. They are also responsible for both the delivery of tools and job-aids to local Workplace teams supporting in-office video conferencing and non-computer technologies.


• Plans, executes, and manages deployment strategies for Smart Building initiatives.
• Actively engages with multiple Insight Platform and Sensor vendors to stay current on latest technologies, identify new products for deployment consideration and help ensure that highest levels of service are provided.
• Collaborates with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace MU Leads, and GTM SMEs to develop insights from Smart Building sensors and platform data.

• Works closely with CIO to prioritize and optimize use of delivery and support resources.
• Works with CIO and CF Budget / Finance teams to plan new initiatives.
• Participates in new capital project planning efforts, ensuring that appropriate technologies and experiences are included in AP20 new builds and renovations. 
• Works with CIO Insights and Reporting teams to develop models to enhance existing insights and develop new understanding of data.
• Ensures that Workplace Insights training and job aids deliver necessary skills and support to local Workplace teams.
• Works with M&C and Change management to develop effective adoption strategies for Workplace Insights dashboards.
• Coordinates with CIO Digital Worker team to ensure effective coordination and communication of new and changes to in-office technologies.
• Plans, executes, and manages deployment strategies for new in-office technology.
• Collaborates with Workplace MU and location leads, and with LTS leadership and local LTS teams.
• Works closely with CIO to identify and resolve any system-wide issues with in-office technology and escalate as needed to resolve.
• Works with CIO and CF Budget / Finance teams to plan new initiatives.
• Ensures that Workplace Insights training and job aids deliver necessary skills and support to local Workplace teams.
• Works with M&C and Change management to develop effective adoption strategies for Workplace Insights dashboards.
• Coordinate with CIO, Legal and Procurement to onboard new vendors and products as required
• Presents deployment statistics, status, and project risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep product experience with in-office technology and Accenture practices and processes related to office management. 
• Global awareness and understanding of local cultural nuances with different countries. 
• Highly effective in product and process training
• Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills 
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in managing roll out of global tools
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects 
• Proven team management skills and growth mindset 
• Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities

Must have
• Minimum 10-12 year project / program management experience or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year process improvement experience or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience or equivalent managing teams

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing teams
• Experience in Deploying hardware and software solutions like smart apps, Overseeing local workplace
• Deploying new ways in global level, multiple countries and time timezones, cross cultural awareness
• Coordinating with local vendors
• Vendor Relationship Management, Business Relationship with internal clients

Nice to have
• PMO training / certification 
• FORM/Design Thinking/Storytelling knowledge
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge/certification
• Strong network and experience on internal projects for Accenture Corporate Function

• Client-facing experience
