Business Process Delivery Analyst

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform compliance audit on subcontractor expense reimbursements
• Perform compliance audit on pre and post pay charges / expenses
• Perform expense reversal process for non-compliant expenses
• Answer audit inquiries or other general inquiries related audit
• Provide audit related and adhoc reports
• Recommends process improvements
• Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of any BPO experience or BPO operations experience; preferably back office/non-voice experience or those that have handled bulk transactions
• Has good comms skills
• Familiar with Excel, i.e., knows the basic formulas and at the same time, trainable
• Audit experience is preferred only, NOT required
