Job Description

  • Create a centralized tool/dashboard for all reports using PowerBI.
  • Utilize ServiceNow reporting and convert the data to be used in the centralized dashboard.
  • Use Graph API for data sources that are not available in SNOW and integrate in the centralized dashboard (e.g., M365 Service Health, Message Center).
  • Create Power Automate automations as data source and integrate in the centralized dashboard.
  • Provide technical solutions for client reporting needs.
  • Work with the client team for reporting projects, and ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and modify the Audit Automation script as per the client needs.
  • Provide more efficient business intelligence systems than the existing ones.
  • Detailed analytics of the power BI scripts after designing developing and testing them.
  • Power BI is utilized to prepare dashboards and power BI visual
  • Working with team members for the overall growth of the organization.

Design, Specify, and Develop infrastructure software on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps model-driven and canvas, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents)

  • Coordinate and gather information requirements that will be used for the development of the solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and scope of programming tasks, including preparation of time estimates for assignments.
  • Provide complete and comprehensive documentation of systems developed.
  • Drive innovation through new and unique solutions while embracing creative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Graph API
  • Knowledge in Power Automate automation creation
  • Background in Power BI/Power BI visual
  • Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience is required
