Total Rewards Sr Analyst to Specialist

Job Description
Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.
Qualifications
Must Have:
External:
• 3 to 5 years with Total Rewards experience in salary design and strategy areas and Data Science.
• Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Project Management
Internal:
• With HR or Finance background
• Potentially, look for candidates from CapDev, Mobilization, Recruitment, Business Ops or HRSS
• Advanced MS Excel
Good To Have:
• Knowledge in Power BI or any other MS Applications for Data Analysis
• People Management
• Preferably analytical and keen to details
• Work independently with minimal supervision
