Role of the Services Marketing Team
The Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The
team then translates the business strategy into marketing and communications programs across our four Services—Song, Industry X,
Technology and Operations & Centers.
Position Description
Working as part of Accenture’s Operations & Centers Marketing + Communications team, this position will be responsible for delivering best
in class experiences for our clients visiting Centers. The Technology Client Experience Support Senior Analyst will work with the Accenture
Marketing & Communications Team and business stakeholders to support M+C programs aligned to strategic initiatives and business growth
priorities.

Responsibilities
Execute and support the Tech Centers Network plan to strengthen our Centers’ key differentiators to help sustain awareness,
develop business and further engage clients with our Technology Centers.
Work with the business to ensure we continue to improve client experience in our Technology Centers.
Collaborate across the M+C Team on client success stories, environmental branding, virtual and immersive experience,
content assets, and other day-to-day activities directly related to executing the elevation of Client Experience in Advanced
Technology Centers.
Own quarterly metrics reporting and can thoroughly synthesize and distill key findings from data to identify trends and big
impact moments.
Support the team with organizational tasks including post-call recaps, scheduling follow-ups, working in close liaison with other
teams including creative, event management, people engagement and learning development.
Maintain and organize assets and materials developed, leveraging Accenture’s internal knowledge-sharing and collaborationtools.
Support development and implementation of other marketing campaigns as needed.
Additional Information:
Hybrid setup (might require to go to office 1x or 2x a week)
Will support Global team.
Work schedule would be normal Philippines working hours
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (degree in marketing, communications or related preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and communications or related field—experience in a large, global organization or advertising agency focusing on technology aspects is highly desirable.
- Experience doing business writing on Technology - content marketing, content management, content assets.
- Experience in brand management (i.e. ensuring that a brand’s identity is consistent, coherent and compelling across all touchpoints)
- Creative, adaptable and has an eye for detail.
- Experience on content asset focusing on technology or at least industry knowledge.
- Writing and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly.
- Relationship building skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to accommodate global meetings, across all geographies.
Good-to-Have:
- Basic experience in advertising or has experience working in advertising agencies.
- Marketing Analytics experience.
- Adaptability – to work under tight deadlines and might find priorities shifting once in a while.
