Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
  • Assist clients with product information, order placement, and tracking, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and product recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of Portuguese language content.



  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Availability to work flexible hours or shifts, if required.
