Position Title: Application Development Team Lead

Job Description

• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

• Understand engagement as it relates to client's business

• Configure security in SAP to meet unique client security requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge in some areas of industry or functional specialty

• Communicate client expectations to the engagement team

• Conduct security and continuity assessment

• Assume responsibility for small components of engagements. May have greater role on small engagements

• Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet contract and workplan objectives.

• Deliver services that meet Accenture Project Manager specifications

• Strong understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies, role based access controls, distributed systems administration, and distributed system recovery.

• Demonstrate experience 1) independently completing complex security related tasks; 2) making major contributions in assuring deliverables meet contract and workplan objectives and; 3) taking on tasks of increased complexity

• Ability to take a broad view of the position and take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed

• Ability to independently create written deliverables and to participate in presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7 years’ experience for TL and 7 to 8 years’ experience for AM on SAP Security for at least 3 SAP Applications e.g. ECC/EHP7, BW/BI, GRC, BOBJ, BPC, CRM, SRM, S4, Fiori, HANA, MDG etc.

• Experience in on support or implementation of SAP Application such IDM, GRC Process Control, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, Fraud Management, BIS, IAG etc.

• Experience on managing cloud-based SAP Applications such as Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactor, Fieldglass, SCP, IAG etc,

• Knowledgeable on different user and role types, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration on different SAP Platform

• Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Ability to perform Solution Architect tasks working on defining solutions in response of client request for proposal, technical design and development of SAP Security functions for programs, projects and change requests.

• Experience in end-to-end SAP Security project implementation, ability to conduct workshops, manage and plan for UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover and Hyper care activities.

• Extensive experience in the design and development of SAP security policies, strategy, and Governance Risk and Compliance Experience with regulatory compliance such as Sarbanes Oxley is a requirement.

• Ability to perform security remediation.

Preferred Skills/Good to have

Knowledge in Agile Project Management (SAFe, Scrum), ITIL Standard, Enterprise Threat Detection and SAP Vulnerability Management, Experience on using SAP 3rd party tools such as Onapsis, ERP Maestro, AgileSI, Greenlight, Layer 7 etc.

Technical Specialization on one of the following SAP Application:

• Identity Management

• GRC Process Control

• GRC Risk Management

• Audit Management

• Fraud Management or Business Integration Screening

Position Title: Application Development Senior Analyst/ Application Support Senior Analyst, Application Development Analyst/ Application Support Analyst

Job Description

• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

• Understand engagement as it relates to client's business

• Demonstrate knowledge in SAP Application Security

• Communicate client expectations to the engagement team

• Good understanding of SAP application security implementation methodologies, role based access controls and different applications threats.

• Support audit and compliance activities.

• Be part of a team working on global projects.

• User Administration using SAP Standard tcodes, CUA, CUP/ARM or IDM.

• Role Management such as updates related to bug fixes, role creation and design.

• Perform L1 – L3 support for SAP Application Security, GRC (AC, PC, RM) and IDM

• Ability to handle sev1 and major incidents and provide resolution within SLA.

• Ability to identify and communicate issues/risks to the team lead or end user to facilitate timely resolution

• Experience in supporting project implementation for SAP Applications, GRC and IDM

• Work independently on standard SAP authorizations tasks.

• Has specialization in one of the main GRC modules (AC, RM, PC)

Qualifications

• Familiar with Landscape strategy system architecture

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience on SAP Security for at least 2 SAP Applications e.g. ECC/EHP7, BW/BI, GRC, BOBJ, BPC, CRM, SRM, S4, Fiori, HANA, MDG etc.

• Experience in on support or implementation of SAP Application such IDM, GRC Process Control, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, Fraud Management, BIS, IAG etc.

• Experience on managing cloud based SAP Applications such as Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactor, Fieldglass, SCP, IAG etc,

• Experience in supporting end-to-end SAP Security project implementation, security and GRC workshops, testing support, Cutover prep and Hyper care activities.

• Experience in the design and development of SAP security roles, GRC Admin Support, IDM Admin support, Batch Monitoring

• Ability to create and provide SAP Security report when needed e.g. SOX and EWA reporting
