The Leadership Matters Program Lead supports the Service Delivery Lead with a range of Leadership activites. Responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain and track an affordable MD headcount plan
Collaborate with Finance to ensure MD payroll remains below revenue growth
Support HR Leads by identifying MDs who are below Sales and/or Productivity metrics and work closely to track actions to uplift
Support the MD Performance Achievement and Promotion process
Skills / Experience:
Strong analytical skills are a must - experience analysing large amounts of data
Data driven driven advisory - in addition to analysing data, the Leadership Matters Program Lead must be able to translate the data into recommendations for the HR Lead
Senior stakeholder management
Effective communication skills and attention to detail
Strong commercial acumen - able to understand the broader business context
