Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drive standardization, efficiency, top quartile performance & business outcomes across Procure-to-Pay, primarily within Accounts Payable and Vendor Master Team.
  • Procure to Pay Strategic Directions on Continuous Improvement: Gather opportunities, understand impact of initiatives to delivery, support transformation in design & implementation of IT projects or/and change requests
  • End to end process design & implementation: Design and deliver P2P communication to stakeholders such as defining and running governance for Procure to Pay process
  • Stakeholder Management: presentation of data metrics to drive adjustment and updates on performance metrics.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7 years experience in sourcing/procurement; at least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Has good communications skills
  • Has good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Relevant project management experience is preferred but not required
