Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Quality and Training Manager is responsible for managing a team of Medical Documentation Auditors and Trainers. 
  • Drive team performance to meet/exceed service delivery targets, quality and compliance with Accenture and client policies.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a PHRN. USRN preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of either Quality Assurance or Training work experience
