Job Description

Label data for an AI Bot that can answer people's questions. Responses to be informative, truthful, relevant, clear and harmless. 
Help improve the quality and safety of online contents by analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal and written skills in English is a must

Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled

Strong Problem-solving Skills

Detailed oriented and client focused

Active Social Media presence / Passionate about the internet

Education:

1. With Minimum 18 months BPO/Call Center experience- minimum is Senior High School Graduate (K-12 Track) or completed 2nd year College course (non K-12 Track)

2. Fresh Graduates- minimum completed 4-yr College course
