Job Description


Primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of leadership and professional development programs in Accenture Operations. This includes talent capability assessment, training design & development, facilitation and project management.



  • College graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years Training Manager experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to implement end to end training needs analysis (TNA)
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and implement intervention programs to address performance gaps.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Experienced in talent management and succession planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
